I really don't understand why this recipe is such a hit. I followed the instructions exactly, and I found it absolutely disgusting. I didn't finish, and I'll throw the rest away. I'm a healthy eater and a good cook, so again, I don't know what I'm missing here...

This recipe was SO delicious! I could not believe that it did not just come out of the deep fryer. It is so good and so moist. I highly recommend this dish!

i think i put too much cayenne in by accident but it still turned out wonderful, just with a little more bite!

I just took my first bite! Oh the crunch! It tastes like "real fried chicken".

FYI: I used the whole egg instead of just the white, I think it made the chicken extra cruchy. That's what I love, the crunch!!

    Thank you!

This is my first time trying out this recipe. I have to say that this is absolutely delicious. And its more satisfying than regular fried chicken. Not greasy at all, fresh and flavorful. I love it and will be making it again!

What a great recipe! My husband and I love fried chicken, but have abandoned it as we have embraced a more healthy life-style (not to mention the fact that actually frying food in my house terrifies me!. We love this recipe, and my husband asks me to make it again and again!

This recipe is super easy and my family loved it! The chicken is full of flavor, the meat is super moist and mostly importantly nutritious. I will pass this recipe on to all my friends and family.

This is an excellent alternative to fried chicken. Loved all the flavors. I am not the biggest chicken lover (much rather have fish/seafood but this will be made over and over at my house. Didn't have the wheat crackers so just used plain saltines and total cereal - finish product was fantastic.
