I just used a whole fryer, removed all the skin and followed the directions from there. This was very good! I will use this instead of my usual fried chicken recipe from now on.

I have made this recipe a few times now, and I haven't tweaked any ingredients. The chicken has great flavor and is not too greasy like real fried chicken. Serve with mashed potatoes and steamed broccoli, green beans, pea pods or other veggie you like. The only suggestion (others have also made is to bake the chicken on a rack so that it doesn't get soggy on the bottom. I always halve the recipe because I'm always cooking for just 2. Only 6 Weight Watcher points per serving!

I think this was some of the best oven fried chicken I have ever had. Tasty not dry has lots of flavor. Its not fried chicken but a great sub. if you are trying to watch what you eat. I followed it exactly sept I used chicken tenders instead. I also used as a dipping sauce bobby flays ancho chilli honey. awsome combo.

My husband and I loved this chicken! It was moist on the inside, and the coating was phenomenal. Next time I'll cut back a little on the pepper to make it a little less spicy (hubby gets bad heartburn, but this recipe is most definately a keeper!

I was pleasantly surprised at how good this was! I marinated the chicken for about 45 min. and cooked the chicken on a cooling rack over a baking sheet, as others suggested. They were moist on the inside and crispy on the outside. Would be great in a 'fried' chicken salad too.

I decided to make dinner last minute so I was missing some ingredients. I didn't have sesame seeds or yogurt, and I substituted cayene for chili powder, and dijon for honey dijon. It was soooooo good. My bofriend and I are trying to eat healthier and this was full of flavor. I would recommend using the honey dijon mustard if you want a little hint of sweetness. Overall - I will definitely make this again!!!!

I just made this chicken today. This receipe is sooo good. My very picky 11 year old actually ate a few. I changed the receipe only a very little. I used boneless skinless chicken and cut them into chicken finger strips and I left out the sesame seeds. Everything else I left the same. This is a receipe that I will definately use again. I love your receipes Ellie. Thank you!!

I made this dish becauce I have had a hankering for crispy, tasty, healthy chicken strips. I followed the instructions to the letter but I cut the chicken in to strips! It was soo awesome! My boyfriend cut the strips into pieces for not one,but two salads the next day. I made it for my mom (who is from the south and the adored it!! I did add the neely's honey mustard sauce for dipping and it made this dish a mainstay. I cannot wait to makr this tasty dish again!!

I cooked this recipe this weekend. My husband and I are both on a diet and we love fried chicken, so I thought I would give this a shot. I didn't have high expectations, just because I've never found an oven fried chicken that I care for. I have to say, this over exceeded what I thought. It was very crunchy, and not greasy. My husband loved it!! It was just as good the next day as a cold snack. I will definitely make this again soon!
