The recipe is very simple! The end product tasted like Fried Chicken without all of the calories! No one will be disappointed with this recipe!

I think I'm more of a Paula Deen person. Maybe that's why I'm fat. I'm trying to eat better and get some new ideas, but only a few of Ellie's recipes are really knocking my socks off. (Try the Fish Tacos!!! This chicken recipe was just okay. I probably won't make it again, though. It seemed very dry and lacked flavor. I knew it wouldn't be like fried chicken, but come on! I think I'll just use my shake and bake.

This was wonderful! I used only 1/2 tsp. of the pepper since I like things mild. I also used just buttermilk to soak the chicken in. The crust was crunchy and the perfect substitute to fried chicken but without the guilt. I highly recommend this recipe!

I loved this recipe. I used boneless and skinless chicken thighs, since they stay pretty juicy. It's hard to dry out a chicken thigh unless you really overcook it. I used mayonaise instead of yogurt, and whole wheat panko bread crumbs instead of crackers. The flavors came out perfect, and I especially liked the background flavor of the dijon. Thanks Ellie.

Unlike the dry chicken you get in a restaurant, this chicken was very moist. The chicken had the right amount of flavor too. My wife enjoyed it as well and could not believe how this chicken has only 270 calories and 5 grams of fat per serving. This recipe is very easy and is definitely a keeper. I also included some mashed potatoes to make this meal an all American dinner. Thanks Ellie!

My husband and I both really liked this recipe. Based on some previous reviews and ingredients I had on hand, I made a few changes. I double the egg/yogurt/mustard mixture and used fat-free sour cream instead of yogurt. I used bonesless skinless breasts and pounded them to about 1/4 to 1/2 inch thickness. I them marinated them in the egg mixture for 1 hour. I also doubled the crumb mixture and used a combination of low fat ritz, low fat saltines, and total whole grain cereal, along with the spices called for in recipe, but used 1/2 the cayenne pepper. I baked chicken on a cooling rack placed on top a cookie sheet. Only had to bake about 25-30 minutes. Chicken was crispy outside and moist inside. Spicy enough with 1/2 the cayenne pepper.

Really delicious and healthy meal. I did not have the sesame seeds and it was still good. Also did not have chicken breasts on hand and used a large package of chicken thighs instead. Leftovers were great cut up and put in salad.

I love this receipe and I have made it many times. My husband loves it too and is always thrilled when I make it. It is very moist, and crunchy.. Doesn't taste like low cal food.

This chicken was very flavourful. Even my picky kids ate it. Will definately make again.

Really great - I'm use to Southern Fried
Chicken, but am trying to eat more healty. This was easy and a big hit with my husband and I. I did let the
chicken marinade for about a 1/2 hour
before breading and baking. The flavor
was wonderful. Thanks Ellie - this was
the first receipe of yours I have tried,
but will be trying much more.
