Delicious! I do think you need to add more than 1/2 t salt, though, it's not enough for the volume of the dish and is too bland. Otherwise, it's great. I threw in the veggies I had -- red onion, green peas, broccoli, spinach, tomatoes, and carrots. Well definitely make this again.

That was so good! I added more carrot because one didn't seem like enough. And I added the whole bunch of asparagus. I needed a little extra flour to thicken the sauce, but it was sooo good!

Yummy! I made this last night and it was a big hit with my husband. I had the leftovers for lunch today. I did add a few extras to the dish. I put in fresh herbs ( rosemary & oregano from my garden and a jalapeno to spice it up. Overall this is a great dish.

I like that i put all these veggies and my kids ate it all... i just added some mozzarella on top and they were happy to eat all the veggies.

this recipe is really good ! the only thing i would change is preparation of the sauce. I would make the sauce separately and once it has ticken, add it to the veggies. this way you avoid overcooking your veggies and end up with a ticker sauce

My family really liked it. We did find it a little blan so next time I make it I will put 1/2 the parsley and 1/2 the basil in the sauce instead of using it as a garnishment. I think that will add the flavor instead of adding salt.
