Sometimes eating healthy can be a little difficult, but we found this recipe to be delicious.

I liked this recipe, but it was far from perfect. It was quite bland, so much so that I had to add extra salt & a squeeze of lemon juice to brighten it up, also the flour didn't thicken the sauce enough for me so I added a bit of a cornstarch slurry to it. I also added shrimp for a bit of a twist. I liked this recipe as a jumping off point but I don't think I'll follow it exactly.

SO EASY TO MAKE. It was so good. Had to add a little more salt for favor. I do recommend this recipe for others.

This recipe was easy to make after work and very filling. I used gluten free flour, broth and pasta and it turned out great. (I have celiac sprue My husband loved it and even my very picky son loved it. I will definitely make this again.

I absolutely loved this recipe. The only changes I made was to roast all the veggies including the tomatoes. I also tweeeeked it with 1/4 cup white wine. GREAT DISH!!!!!!!!!

I love this and make it regularly. I just made it ahead of time for tomorrow's dinner and I want to eat it now. I use green beans instead of asparagus and I put them in with the peppers at the beginning of cooking. I also skip the carrots. Yum.
