I followed this recipe exactly as written and it came out pretty bland. I ended up dumping a good amount of parm on it to make up for the lacking flavors. I think it may be the chicken broth/flour combo that dilutes the vegetable flavors. I gave it three stars because the suggested cook times of the various veggies were perfect. None of the vegetables were over or undercooked. I still will not make this recipe again, though I may use the recommended cook times again.

Very easy and tasty recipe. The sauce was our favorite yet for a Primavera sauce. For veggies I added some zucchini and broccoli and the combination of veggies was great. Definitely a keeper!

Great flavor and very easy to make. I recommend adding some crushed red pepper for a little heat.

I loved this recipe, it is good enough for company, and a great light summer meal. I think you could change the veggies to whatever was ripe in the garden. I think adding fat free 1/2 and 1/2 rather than the milk would be a good addition, and a bit of nutmeg, too.

This was a lot more flavorful and tasty then I expected. Not a big basil fan but it really balanced with the other flavors. We've considered adding red pepper flakes just to add a kick maybe to mix things up next time, but it's not necessarily needed.

I made this last evening for dinner and it was very good. I used San Giorgio's garlic and herb(basil fettuccine which added more flavor to the dish. I think the next time I prepare this dish, I will include a dash of cayenne pepper. I add this to many Italian dishes for some extra flavor. I'm not a fan of hot spicy foods, so if I include it, it's only to add flavor, not heat! Without it, the dish would have been very bland. I will make this again.

I thought it a little bland and not nearly as fresh tasting as I had hoped. I think the 5 minutes in the so-so sauce did it in. A little lemon juice fixed both issues, so I did enjoy it. But I think I'll try a different version which maintains the fresh flavors of the veggies a little better.

The fresh veggies are great, but the sauce didn't turn out as flavorful as I was hoping. I even added extra garlic, hebs, and red pepper flakes, but it didn't help much. Still, the vegetables are definitely front and center which isn't much to complain about when they're fresh and crispy. I added a cup of frozen edamame for extra protein as well.

I have been looking for some hearty vegetarian meals and this one is quick, easy and absolutely delicious. Switch out the chicken stock for vegetable stock and add a little parm cheese on the top....Awesome!

I have tried this recipe twice with different vegetables each time. The first time was just for my husband and myself. My husband usually wants to know "where is the meat" but did not even ask. There was just enough leftover for my lunch the next day which was great. The second time I prepared this recipe my son was home and there were no leftovers. This one definetly goes in the "to keep" file.
