This was a very yummy recipe. I added onions, zucchini and some of emerils essence and it was great! The sauce came out perfect and the whole meal seemed light and healthy. My husband really like it too! I will definitely make this recipe again :

Substitued mushrooms and asparagus for an sweet onion and green bell pepper. Sauce took about 10 mins to thicken i think because I added a bit to much chicken broth so I added a small amount more flour. Have three sisters and two parents who all have different tastes but they all loved it! Excellent dish

I am currently living with a family in France, and made this dish for them the other night. The boys in the family love meat, so I added some shrimp to the vegetables when I was sauteing them, and it was amazing!! It really adds just a little extra something! They absolutely loved it!!!

I made this last night for dinner and it was a big hit! It was super yummy and the sauce was creamy but light and very flavorful. The only thing I did differently was I didn't make ribbons out of the carrot. I sliced it very thinly on a diagonal and, since my daughter and husband love carrots, I put 4 of them in. It makes a lot so we will be eating it again tonight. Yummy!

I made this for dinner tonight. It wasn't bad at all, although there was some human error involved : I'm a pretty decent cook. I cooked some chicken in the pan I was going to use put chicken aside on paper plate. I added oil to pan and garlic (pan was way to hot, so I started with burnt garlic (oops. : I continued on after starting again with a fresh batch of garlic. when I was cooking veg, adding everything waiting for sauce to thicken I get to the end of directions (meanwhile cook pasta... Darn- forgot about that, so left the veggies to simmer and cooked pasta... added 1/4 cup more stock to keep sauce from being over thickend.... Welll turned out by the end sauce was runny (I should have let it be. It was flavorful. I guess my advice is- Dont forget to cook pasta while doing everything else. ; enjoy!

I also used zucchini, but really any veggies would be perfect (so long as they are cooked the proper time. Other than that I really did not make any changes to the recipe. This was the best pasta I have had in a lonnnnng while. It was so tasty and I will definitely make this again...very soon!

My fiance and I are attempting to eat healthier meals with more veggies and good stuff as of late. Its been a challenging endevor because he does not like many vegetables. He, however, LOVED this dish! He ate everything on his plate and loved it all! He says he wants it every week now! I loved it too because it was quick and easy to prepare and very tasty. Word to the wise: Cut all the veggies before hand. It makes it much easier than trying to time it all right.

This was a very yummy pasta recipe. I did alter it a little to accommodate the veggies I had on hand. I used zucchini and broccoli in addition to the cherry tomatoes and carrots the recipe called for. I also added 1 TB of Flaxseed Meal after the flour mixture to help thicken it up a bit while incorporating the health benefits of Flaxseed Meal. Oh, I also used beef broth because we were out of chicken broth, and also added the zest of 1 lemon and juice of half a lemon at the end when it was all simmering. it turned out great! Even my husband, who usually reserves comment, said it was very good. Yay, thank you Ellie!

The recipe was very easy to prepare. My husband and I both enjoyed it and I will definately make it again. I followed the recipe exactly, but next time I make it, I will make one change. As the recipe stated, I threw the asparagus, mushrooms, and tomatoes in at once. The asparagus took longer to cook so the tomatoes shriveled up. It was still delicous, but next time I plan to throw in the asparagus and wait a few minutes before adding the mushrooms and tomatoes.

This dish was really quick and very good. My fiance added chicken to his, but I don't think it needed it. The basil is strong, which I like, but if you don't like basil, I would leave it out. I brought it for lunch the next day and didn't even need to warm it up. It was good cold and at room temp.
