When I learned my cholesterol was high, I started looking for healthy recipes. I've made this 3 times and my meat-loving husband loves it too. The fresh basil and parmigiano grated on top makes for a colorful presentation.

The sauce took a while to thicken and lacked flavor. Not the best.

This was okay, but not great. I did add some non-fat creamed cheese to make the sauce a bit creamier. My husband who is a meat and potato kind of guy thought it was good for a non meat dinner. I did add some sauted onion into the mix, and I used fresh pasta rather than the dried. I also added thyme rather than basil. If I make it again, I'll have to do some tweaking on this recipe.

I saw this show on the television and thought it was a great recipe. I looked it up, and saw that it was fairly easy to make. I bought all the ingredients, and cooked it for my boyfriend and I. It was wonderful. I will cook this again.

This was so much fun to make and even more fun to eat! Even the kids ate it. Of course they picked out certain veggies they don't like, but ate 95% of them. I didn't have asparagus, so I used zucchini, but other than that I followed to a T. Fantastic!

This was so yummy. Even my husband thought so. It was really simple to make and quick. I didn't have asparagus so I substituted fresh spinach. Also, I don't drink milk so I used plain soy milk and it tasted great! I also added pre-cooked shrimp. So nice to know that healthy eaters can have their creamy pasta and eat it too.
