I made this recipe the same day I saw the show as most of the ingredients were on hand. My husband was a little wary about using the anchovy paste, but once he tasted the pasta he was hooked! He even asked me to make it again the next day. I added a splash of red wine and 1T tomato paste which gave it an even richer depth of flavor. I also used spinach instead of arugula and it was great. A quick and delicious dish I'll be making often!

As Ellie mentioned, a few years ago whole wheat pasta was like eating cardboard...I should know, I tried on several occasions. But today it's very flavorful and you hardly notice it's whole wheat. For the person that gave it 1 star I'm not sure I understand. I have never liked overly salty foods, nor can my body tolerate them. Maybe it helped that I rinsed the capers...as I always do. At any rate, great recipe and I love your show Ellie!!!

I made this for dinner with my husband and parents -- they couldn't get enough of it. It is easy and makes a lot - and is full of all the flavor of the full fat version.

The arugula was a fantastic addition, and the sauce was just spicy enough. I wouldn't change a thing (and I always change *something*.

I thought this was really quick and easy. I don't care much for olives so I omitted them from the recipe and it was still really good.

This dish was absolutely delicious, and I especially loved what the anchovy paste added to the flavors. I didn't feel guilty at all after I ate the whole batch (jk.

My family loved this pasta! This meal was hearty and flavorful. I had never used anchovy paste and didn't tell my kids I was using it. I think it added flavor, but nobody knew exactly what it was. Keep the great recipes coming, Ellie!

This was so delicious and extremely easy to make. I'm watching my weight and always looking for low fat food that doesn't taste like cardboard! I loved it and my family loved it - no one even knew it was low in fat. I love this show - keep the great recipes coming Ellie!
