I love Ellie's new show and wish it was aired more often. I'm trying to be more health conscious, but am trying to avoid "diet" food.

This dish is great. I omitted the anchovy paste, but without it it is still very flavorful.

My son was visiting on his Easter break from college; and he has very discriminating taste buds. I saw Ellie make this; and I went to the grocery store to get the ingredients (I have never used anchovy paste or capers, and didn't know what capers werebut; I wanted my son to enjoy his visit and I wanted to pamper him with good food. I made this dish for dinner that evening; and my son is very health conscious about how many servings of any food he will eat; but, this dish, he had three servings, wow. He LOVED it, and I loved it very much too. Thanks Ellie for introducing both of us to things we haven't tried before and now we love so much. Keep up the outstanding work; I make sure I watch you every Saturday. If you make this dish, you won't be disappointed.

This was my kind of pasta dish! Loaded with different kinds of healthy things and so flavorful. I did change 2 things, I used black olives and didn't have any arugula. I will use green olives things next time but it was super delicious with black olives. It paired well with marinated grilled chicken.

This recipe was excellent. It was a little too salty, but the second time I used a different cheese and it was just right.

This pasta was incredibly easy and the flavor return on my effort was unbelievable!! Spicy and satisfying - I never knew I liked whole wheat pasta!

This was delicious! I will probably make it again in the next few days. I am so glad Food Network has included Ellie in their line-up. I wish she was on every day!!!! She is so cute, and so far, the two recipes I have tried from her are great!
