I just LOVE this show!!! This is a nice easy pasta dish. I always have these ingredients on hand, except for the arugala which I omited.

What a delicious quick dinner. I added some grilled chicken to this dish so next time I will try adding more tomatoes. Ellie's show is a great addition to my Saturday afternoon TV.

I've been anxiously awaiting Ellie's new show and I was not disappointed!! I made this dish only a couple of hours after watching her show and it was very, very yummy. I used spinach instead of arugula and added mushrooms too. I just finished eating it again and felt the need to report to all my fellow foodies!! Eat this one up..maybe add another can of diced tomatoes. Can't wait for her next episode.

this was wonderful and sure to become a staple in my diet! I don't each fish, so I replaced the anchovy paste with a little red wine, and red onions. The flavors were very complex and the pasta looks beautiful when finished. I will be making this again and again! This is even better than a similar dish I had at the Olive Garden.

This pasta dish is SO good, lots of flavor and filling without leaving you feeling like your going to wake up 10 pounds heavier. No one in my family realized it was as healthy as it was. Definately a keeper.

I really loved the unique flavors in this dish but thought that there needed to be more sauce for the amount of pasta prepared. I will probably double the ingredients for the sauce next time I make this, using the original quantities of pasta and parmesan. I don't believe that doing so will add that many more calories per serving.

Layers of great flavor!!! This is a pasta lovers delight, and absolutely a dish to serve company. I will add shrimp to the pasta for a main course. Easy...easy...easy...remember, do not add salt. The wheat vermecelli pasta was a wonderful choice. As a "healthy cook", I've been waiting for this show to air for a few weeks...I was not disappointed! Great first show, and I look forward to more healthy and tasty recipes. Welcome to my kitchen, Ellie

Love your show - Couldn't wait to fix this dish and it was wonderful. My husband and I ate every bite and we fixed it exactly as written. Really enjoyed the whole wheat pasta. It will be a staple from now on.
