Waste of perfectly good ingredients. There is nothing toasty about this french toast. It is basically soaking wet bread with peaches on top.

Very easy, very tasty and I will make again and again. I'm not sure serves 6 is accurate, I served 4 adults and we ate almost the whole pan.

13 family members live on my street. Every Christmas I have everyone over for breakfast. I made this bake this Christmas- what a hit! Everyone loved it! I also added a little extra cinnamon!

So non-fussy and healthy. Any frozen fruit will do. In a pinch I just use 6 eggs. I make this over and over again. I don't ever think I will bother with French toast on the stove again.

Needed to add a lot of extra cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger to give the "toast" part more flavor. Probably could have also used a bit of the maple syrup in the egg batter as well. Otherwise, the French toast came out perfectly -- not too soggy and not dry.

Loved this! I made it for my family for easter breakfast and everyone loved it. Even my younger brother and my dad who are very picky about there food. I will probably add raisins next time and see how that goes. I love how easy this recipe is and that you can make it the night before and just pop it in the oven in the morning.
