    I was really surprised that I didn't love this recipe. It smelt amazing but when I cooked it the next morning it tasted pretty bland. It got really soggy too. I would probably not make it again.

    This is the first time I've baked in FOREVER and it was delicious! But I was bad and ate it with icecream, too ;

    I Love peaches and this tops my list of fave low-cal peach dishes... The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because it was lacking something... Problem is I can't tell you what... My husband drowned his in syrup and said it was amazing but I can only have about a tablespoon or so and that may have been the missing link... But still it was good

    Usually I steer away from recipes like this where readers are really divided on their reviews, but it looked so good! I bought fresh whole wheat bread from Great Harest bakery and made this for a bunko group. It was mushy and soggy! I even cooked it longer than directed, as other's had suggested. I liked the flavor, and the peaches on top were great, but I would not make it again.

    This was so yummy and so easy to do. Made Xmas morning a real treat. Definitely going to keep this one in my permanent recipe box.

    My family loved this! It's the easiest way to make french toast. I always ended up burning my french toast on the stove, but this is a much better way to make it especially with the peaches on it. I plan on trying this out with apples the next time I make this dish.

    I made mine with blueberries and I loved it. My husband thought it was a little tart. He suggested slices of apple and that is definitely the next try! Thanks Ellie for a yummy healthy brunch idea.

    I made this french toast this morning and hadn't read the recipe all the way through when I saw "Cover and refrigerate overnight". I thought I would be in trouble since I didn't have that kind of time on my hands. I will let you know that I turned the pieces of baguette over after I poured the egg mixture so that they would be immersed fully before I put the peaches on. After about an hour, most of the mixture was soaked up and I baked it for 40 minutes and it was a HIT (even with frozen peaches! Not too sweet, and I opted to top it off with cool whip. I would definitely make this again.

    This is a great and healthy alternative option for brunch...I served it at brunch during a girls' weekend and got rave reviews. I would have given 5 stars, but I am certain the full calorie version would be much better and warrant the extra star. I will definitely make this again.
