I added an extra tomato and 2 extra garlic cloves (they are two of my favorite foods, and also sprinkled some red pepper flakes on it. AWESOME!

but really not enough tomatoes. They should be doubled. But everything together is super tasty. Will definitely make this again.

Ok, I admit it... I was skeptical and did not think there would be much flavor to this dish. I was wrong! Very good. Thank you for a tasty and more healthy option for dinner.

I was very skeptical when my sister gave me this recipe a year ago...I was proved very wrong! Amazing flavor and very easy to make. I used 4 Roma tomatoes, 4 cloves of garlic and added chicken... I can't wait to see if it makes a cold pasta salad tomorrow! Will definately make again

I recently made this recipe for a small dinner party and it was a hit. I paired it with Elie's oven-baked fried chicken (great combination! I did not have basil however, so I added 3 cups of fresh spinach to the pasta right before serving so it was just perfectly wilted...and I forgot to add the white beans, but they were not missed. I also added one small clove fresh garlic, olive oil and some fresh ground pepper right before serving to amp up the flavor. Everyone loved it and I will definitely make this again!

This is a recipe that my family enjoyed, even though my son said, "it would be better with some chicken in it." I added more garlic and tomatoes than the recipe called for, was pretty tasty. Economical meal and easy to make, went great with a salad.

In Quick and Fresh magazine she modified her recipe with these changes. 6 cloves of garlic, 3 TBS olive oil,1/2 tsp of salt, 1/3 cup basil and 1/4 cup Parmesan.
I made it like this and it was wonderful. It was amazing to get such incredible flavor from a few simple ingredients. I may have added a little more Salt and Pepper. Yummy. I served it with Paula Deens Brocolli Salad which went well with the flavors.

This recipe was very tasty, and I'll definitely make it again. Next time I will watch the tomatoes a bit more carefully and not let them cook as long as recommended though, as they became pretty charred when they were roasted for the full time on the recipe.

I thought this was a great pasta dish. I'm a huge fan of light and delicate pasta dishes and really enjoyed the added twist of roasting the tomatoes and garlic. I did add more tomatoes and garlic than called for (personal preference.

I really enjoyed this dish. The white beans were very tasty. I would have added more cheese but that would sort of defeated the point of making a healthy dish.
    Thanks Ellie!
