This recipe had no taste to it. It was very blah.I would not reccomend trying it.

I thought the dish was easy to make! Most of the time you don't actually have to do anything, just leave the tomatoes and garlic roasting. It was delish! I made it with whole wheat pasta for added nutrition!

My wife and I are trying to eat more healthy while trying to keep an eye on our budget. This meal fit both requirements and was extremely delicious. The beans are a tasty replacement for meat, and helped keep us full longer than plain old pasta. Great dish!

Unfortunately, fresh tomatoes have very little flavor today. Good healthy recipe, though. Can use all organic ingredients. I might add arugula next time for some kick.

I added pasta water in with the garlic when I mashed it to thin it out and coat the pasta better.

My husband and I loved this recipe, but it needs another tomato or two and some more garlic. All these reviews saying it needs extra salt, extra cheese, added sauce...no way! Enjoy the simple flavors in the ingredients and don't drown them with salt and fat! Cooking healthy requires a re-calibration of one's tastes--back to what nature intended: whole, unprocessed, low-fat, low-sodium foods!

This was good. I should have read the reviews beforehand so that I would have known to add more garlic. More garlic would have added more flavor.

time on the cooking for the tomatoes was too long. ended up making again but with some substitutions, roasted the garlic alone and added to crushed san marzano tomatoes with some crushed red pepper flakes, sea salt and black pepper. Used whole wheat pasta instead of semolina. every thing else the same. With those changes is now one of my favorite pantry staples.
