The pesto in this recipe is absolutely perfect. It goes well with the potatoes. I served the salad warm rather than chilled, and I think it was fine. I'd be more apt to make the pesto again than the whole dish together. I doubt if I'll ever buy that pre-made pesto again after seeing how simple and tasty this pesto is. Yum!

I turned this dish into a hot side dish- combining halved red potatoes withe julienned red pepper and pesto in a baking dish and roasting in a 400 degree oven until potatoes were fork tender. Drizzled with lemon juice and they're fabulous! Even better as leftovers!

This is a great recipe and is better tasting (as well as more healthy than traditional potato salad. The red and yellow peppers are delicious, and they really enhance the texture of the salad. Additionally, they add just enough sweetness to the dish (unlike relish, which I often find to be overpowering. The pesto can also be used in other dishes such as pasta dishes or as a sauce for veggies.

These are by far the best potatoes I've ever had. Definetly makes up for the parmesan mashed potatoes. If you can, put the pesto on just before serving. My friend loved it the next day, but I couldn't stop eating it when I first made it. The pesto is the best!!!! I'll use it in diferent dishes.

Loved the pesto, and the contrast with the tender potatoes and crisp bell pepper.

I served this with a grilled steak. I dislike the standard potato salad made with mayo, so this was a great change. The next day I cut the potatoes into smaller pieces and heated the mixture in a skillet for a great omelet filling!

My family loved this pesto potato salad and it tastes even better the next day. I wasn't a big fan of the red/yellow pepper so I'm trying to figure out other ways to substitute but I did enjoy everything else.

this looks really nice, but I think it tastes better the day after. (although this may not be as healthy I think tossing the potatos and veggies with store-bought pesto might taste better than the homemade kind
