I watched the program just before going shopping. I served it on the plate with Jerked Steak Tips. Wonderful contrast and my husband loved it too. We had a nice salad and it was a great meal that I make over and over.
I love your show but this will be one that I make sure all my family and friends know about.
Thanks so much for many fabulous and healthy recipes.

I made this after watching the show Saturday morning. I couldn't wait to try this. It was well worth the wait. The sugar and salt were sweet on the front of the tongue with the chili powder giving a kick to the back. The pineapple was delicious with the seasonings. Thanks for the recipe.

When I saw this episode, I had a fresh pineapple and could not wait to try it. It was incredible!!! Rather than threading on skewers and rolling the pineapple in the spicy sugar, I used the spicy sugar as a dip for it. It's sweet and slightly salty with a bit of warmth on your tongue from the chili powder. This is one of my favorite healthy desserts - simple and easy. I've made it several times since then. Enjoy!
