The lemon mint tzatziki curdled almost immediately. Lemon juice and dairy do not work.

My husband, who doesn't like salmon, really enjoyed this. Coming from a Greek heritage, I was impressed with how good the tzatziki was, especially witn nonfat Greek yogurt and only a smidge of olive oil. This is a really elegant meal, and I love that it isn't served hot. This will be added to our rotation of easy weeknight meals.

Delicious! I took the advice from other reviews by marinating the salmon with a little bit of salt and adding some peppercorns to the liquid, and it came out so wonderfully! Although the sauce is meant for the summer, it's also a good dish to serve during Thanksgiving, which was exactly what I did this year because my husband's family isn't really into the whole American Thanksgiving feast. Be sure to cook the salmon ACCORDING to the time indicated in the recipe, or else it'd be overcooked.

I really liked this recipe. We are trying to eat healthier as we get older and this is the perfect recipe to help us reach that goal. I cut the recipe in half since there is only two of us and it turned out perfectly. The Salmon was very moist and the Tzatziki was refreshing. I think if you are used to eating this way using yogurt and reduced fat dairy products you will love this recipe.

With so many of us with cholesterol and sugar intake issues--it would be really helpful to see those contents added to the nutritional breakdown of recipes. Thanks--love your recipes!!

I thought I'd try something new, but this one just wasn't for me. Tzatziki sauce wasn't the greatest. Maybe this recipe is best in the summer where it might be more refreshing.
