I never poached fish before, and had problems wth the cooking instructions. They didn't work, but I stayed with it and the salmon was wonderful. Use a good wine. The salmon was so moist and delicate, unlike the dried out fishy poached salmon I've purchased at Whole Foods. The sides were awesome as well!!!

It took me about 15 - 20 mins to prep and cook. The salmon came out perfect and tasty. My family loved it and the Lemon Mint Tzatziki went so well with the salmon and pesto pasta salad. Delicious!

We really enjoyed this recipe. I added some dill to the salmon and the tzasiki. It was quite yummy and guilt free too. For anyone who doesn't do dairy, I made the tzasiki with soy yogurt and it was still delicious.

I was tired after work and wanted to quickly make a meal to take for lunch. It was so fast, easy and the taste indicates a much longer prep time. Wonderful recipe and fool proof, I can't believe I made my own Tzatziki!

The salmon needed a little bit more flavor...but the tzatsiki sauce really helped. I would reccommend seasoning the fish a bit!

delicious and healthy! Ellie really delivers unlike other shows where they claim their food is healthy then add tons of cheese and pancetta.
