Excellent flavor and very fast. I served it with rosemary-parmesan polenta and roasted asparagus, and my friends loved it. The best part was how relaxed I was with such a straight-forward recipe. Turns out delicious every time. Way to go, Ellie!

I tweaked this a bit because I only had dried cranberries. Added a bit of port wine to sweeten the sauce a bit and used the whole tenderloin instead of medallions. Browned the tenderloins on the stovetop, then roasted at 425 for about 15 minutes. While the meat rested, I made the sauce in the same pan. My family loved it. This recipe is on the menu for my next dinner party!

This recipe was incredibly tasty, esp. when you consider how quickly I pulled it all together. I'm really glad I doubled the recipe because both my husband and I ate a lot more than we usually would because it was so good! If I had one complaint, it would be nice if the sauce were a bit thicker, but the taste was just great! I may add a bit of flour next time to thicken the sauce, or just reduce it down longer. I had dried peaches in the pantry as well as the cherries so I added the dried peaches in because I love the flavor of Peaches and pork, and it was really nice! We will be making this dinner again and often due to the ease and tastiness!

Although I thought the sauce was good, it wasn't great. And I was not a fan of the tenderloin.

I served this w/the Smashed Potatoes w/sour cream and chives, from this same episode... and my husband said "what a feast.." We'll be having this again, and it is certainly worthy of being served to guests.

I didn't have dried cherries but i did have dried cranberries and apricots so i diced those together instead of cherries. it was great! if i have any suggestions, i'd ease up on that last bit of salt it says to add - it already has plenty with the chicken broth and salted pork. I LOVE that it only takes 1/2 hour to make, start to finish.

I made this tonight but used turkey cutlets. This sauce is divine -I added a Tbsp or 2 of br. sugar, and arrowroot/water to thicken slightly. Mashed red potatoes and green beans finished off the meal! I will be using this sauce for MANY things - wonder how it would taste on oatmeal?! :-

This was an amazing dish, I used chicken instead and was able to use Michigan cherries that my aunt just sent.... Great Dressing, which I have used as a marinated as well.
