    I was shocked at how stunning this meal looked and tasted. It reminded me of a meal I had at a swanky NYC restaurant only much healthier I am sure. I also make the steamed Yukon Gold mashed potatoes with fat free sour cream in the same episode and some steamed broccoli and the meal was a smashing hit at my dinner party!

    Without trying, without adding exercise I lost the extra 10 pounds that never bothered me before and I look fantastic! Thank you for sharing a way to eat all of my organic produce and whole grains in a balanced and tasty way! Keep them coming!

    I tried this tonight and loved it. Added Craisins with the cherries for a bite. I would add either rosemary or thyme next time for interest. Will definitely make it again!
