I thought this pork was very good. However, I agree with the reviewer that said it needed something and made the pan sauce with white wine, honey, and mustard. I also tried the sauce and thought it really made the pork. I used dijon, don't know what kind of mustard she used. Anyway, I highly recommend trying both the pork and the sauce!

I made this for a Sunday dinner a few weeks ago, and everyone loved it! Got many compliments on it...the pork came out very flavorful, moist, and just plain delicious! I loved how the thyme, rosemary, and parsley made for a very aromatic kitchen. I paired it with a side mango-citrus salad and oven roasted sweet plantains.
Next time, I think I'll try it with mashed sweet potatoes. I'm getting hungry all over again! Thanks Elie for such a wonderful and tasty dish.

This was the best pork I ever cooked. I followed recipe exactly and it came out perfect both times. My children loved it and snacked on the leftovers. It would be great sliced on a salad too.

Best pork tenderloin I have ever had, though next time I will add a dash of salt to the seasoning blend. Many tenderloin recipes call for a grill, which I don't have, and this one provides a grill-like taste and texture.

I made this dish for the second time last night. Both my husband and I loved it. The pork stays moist and tender. I seared the pork in an oven-proof skillet so there was only one pan to clean. While the meat rested, I made a sauce by deglazing the pan with a little chicken broth and wine and after reducing it, whisked in a tablespoon of butter. It doesn't need the sauce but it was good!
