My husband and I enjoyed this dish very much. I usually shy away from pork because it seems to come out dry, but this was nice and moist. My husband cooked it on the grill the first couple of times. Delicious!! It is now our favorite pork dish, along with grilled sesame asparagus.

This recipe is so simple and yet it is a perfect outcome everytime. The kids and adults in the house all loved it. A weekly standard now.

I felt the seasoning overpowered the flavor of the pork.

I will be making this again! Very easy and it looked and smelled incredible. I seared the tenderloin in an iron skillet, so I just put it in the oven in the same skillet. Love a one dish meal! Next time, I will back off a bit on the thyme and add more garlic, because we love it. I think the magic to this recipe is the searing/roasting technique. I'm going to tweak the rub to our tastes but use that same approach.

This is one of the easiest entrees to make, especially if you are cooking for company. I serve it with a simple cranberry sauce to add a touch of sweetness to the spicy flavor of the pork. The meat is usually tender and juicy.

Great recipe. Quick, easy, incredibly tasty and also healthy. Good for a family meal and also impressive enough to serve as an entree for company! Loved it and have made it several times. My young boys love it also!

I tried this recipe because I knew I already had all the ingredents in the cupboard and wouldn't need to go to the store. I was very easy to make and tasted so good that my husband has decided that there is no need to even try any other recipe. This is how he wants me to cook it every time from now on!

This is probably the best pork tenderloin I've made for my family. Huge raves from my husband. I think the searing of the rub on the porkin a skillet was the trick before putting it in the oven.Tenderloin was so tender and moist. My husband ususally insists on some type of gravy or sauce on his pork, but agreed it didn't even need it.
This will be my only tenderloin recipe.
