This is probably the best pork tenderloin I've made for my family. Huge raves from my husband. I think the searing of the rub on the porkin a skillet was the trick before putting it in the oven.Tenderloin was so tender and moist. My husband ususally insists on some type of gravy or sauce on his pork, but agreed it didn't even need it.
This will be my only tenderloin recipe.

The rub had lots of flavors and married well with the pork. Definitely a repeat.

I really liked the spice mixture for the pork tenderloin. After browing the meat, I baked it in a separate pan. I used the pan drippings from the browning to make a sauce with white wine, mustard and some honey with some butter at the end.
It's just what it needed.

this was an easy, spur of the moment, put together meal. Rubbed on the seasoning, seared, then put in oven. it was too easy and the tast was as if I had worked hours on it... I love fooling people that way.

I'm not much of a rub fan, but this one blew me away. Very easy and very delicious! Followed the recipe to the "T" and the pork turned out nice and juicy. Enjoy!

This is now my favorite way to cook pork tenderloin. I cook it often because it's one of the few things my four year old will eat. I like the rub on chicken as well.
