Oh thank Goodness for Ellie Krieger! These were scrumptious and I even re-heated them at work for lunch and they were just as yummy the second time around!

This is a very good entree, only missing fresh garlic to the ricotta mixture for my family's taste.

I think this recipe is outstanding, both in its original form and as a starting point for any number of variations. I was unable to find whole wheat lasagna noodles so used the regular kind. I also used Newman's Own mushroom marinara sauce from the jar because I didn't have time to make the sauce recipe. Based on reviews I read here I chopped and added 1/2 a medium white onion, one shallot and 4 cloves of garlic to the mushroom mixture. I was amazed at how beautifully the 12 rolls fit into the pan and how easy they were to then serve. This dish would be excellent to bring to a pot luck. It will without a doubt become a regular in our house.

This recipe was good, especially considering that it is only 94 calories! It definetely tastes like a more healthy version of lasagna, easy to make.

I hate mushrooms but this is a dish that we all loved. Not only was it healthy but it was very tasty. My three kids liked it and they are very picky. I even sent some to my mother in law and she loved it. It's a great meal and a great portion size too.

The tomato sauce is very dry. The sauce and ricotta mixture is bland. I salvaged the leftovers by adding store bought marinara before reheating. The recipe as is may be healthy, but what good is a nutritional meal if your family won't eat it?

I was disappointed in this recipe. I felt that it was underseasoned and the tomato sauce was too dry. It does have potential and with a little tinkering can be made better without changing the nutritional profile.

This is definitely one to keep! It's not only delicious and healthy, but you don't even miss the meat. My teens and husband were very surprised and thoroughly enjoyed it. Only changes..I did add another can of tomatoes (chopped and an extra clove of garlic for a little more sauce, but it's good!
