Absolutely loved the combination of ingredients. My husband said he loved how light and flavorful the dish was. He didn't even realize there wasn't any meat in it. Thank you!

Surprisingly delicious. However, instead of using the tomato sauce recipe, I used store bought marinara sauce. I also sauteed' some extra chopped onion and garlic in about of teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil then added it to the sauce plus about a teaspoon of Splenda Brown sugar. This is definitely a keeper. Great idea!
