I love all the ingredients in this recipe so I was sure I'd love it. The taste was on the bland side, and the texture was very dry. It was a fun/appealing recipe and I like the serving size it made. I will try it again and add onion/garlic, more sauce and spices.

I like the idea of rolling them up, it was easier to get out of the pan and easy to control how much you eat. I don't really care for spinach and I was hoping the other ingredients would "hide" the spinach taste and I don't think it did. Next time I will leave out the spinach or cut way back on the amount I put in and add some garlic. I would think these would be really good with some sausage and/or ground beef but then there goes the "healthier" approach to lasagna. Loved the flavor of the sauce. Recipe was pretty easy to prepare.

This was easier than I thought and one of the most delicious recipes I have had. My husband even loves it and he is a meat and potato kind of guy.

These were quite tasty. I made them right after seeing Ellie make them and they were just as good as I expected them to be. My husband liked them also. They were even better as leftovers! Easy to make and love the easy portion control.

My fiancee' hates anything considered too "healthy". He loved these and so did everyone else!

This lasagna was out of this world! Very easy to make, and not very cheesy, so you can move around after eating these tasty roll ups. I also like the fact they are portion controlled to start off with. The sauce is very light and very flavorful. We love them!

I made this on a Sunday & popped in the fridge for a busy work night dinner. My husband & I both loved it...perfect flavor balance between the mushrooms & spinach. We try to eat vegetarian a couple of nights a week & he some times misses the meat in those dinners...not this one. I ended up with enough filling for 14 rolls though, so you might want to make a couple of extra noodles.
