This recipe was the BEST! I baked them in mini muffin pan. I had to bake two batches, because the first was gone before they were cool. My friends and family LOVED THEM!!

This recipe yields spongy and moist muffins that you will love. They are not too sweet and can be enjoyed with a little honey butter for breakfast or coffee.

Ooh, delicious! Took a bit longer to bake than stated but very moist and yummy muffins. I put cream cheese frosting on them, great combo but they're super tasty without it too. Will definitely make again.
