My mom watches what she eats, her husband is a diabetic, my husband isn't a sweet eater so these were the perfect desert for our Mothers' Day brunch. They look great on any plate and really satisfy the sweet tooth. I used green grapes instead of kiwi and the skewers were still fantastic.

HERES THE RECIPE FOR ALL YOU RETARDS WHO GOT CRAPY COMPUTERS MAYBE YOU SHOULD STOP TALKING MESS AND GO BUY A BETTER COMPUTER!!!!!!!!
1 kiwi, peeled
1 large orange, peeled
1/2 cup blueberries
1 cup pineapple chunks
12 chocolate dipped strawberries, recipe follows
Cut the kiwi and orange crosswise into 4 rounds, then cut each round into 3 pieces, so you end up with 12 pieces of each fruit. To prepare the skewers, put 2 blueberries about 1/3 of the way down the skewer, add a piece of kiwi, a pineapple chunk, a piece of orange, and top with a chocolate dipped strawberry.
Chocolate-Dipped Strawberries:
2 1/2 ounces dark chocolate
1 pound strawberries, washed and trimmed
Line a tray with waxed paper. Break up the chocolate into small pieces and place about two thirds of it into the bowl of a double boiler over barely simmering water. Make sure that the bottom of the bowl does not touch the water. Stir occasionally, very gently, until the chocolate has melted, about 1 minute. Remove the bowl from the double boiler and add the rest of the chocolate, stirring gently until it has melted. Dip the strawberries in the chocolate, place on the waxed paper and chill in the refrigerator for 15 minutes until chocolate is set.
Yield: 6 servings (serving size is 3 medium strawberries

This is an absolute great idea! While you could buy the fruit and just set it out, the presentation is unmatched! It is a nice way to put fruit out on your spread too. I made these for my sister-in-law's baby shower, and they were all eaten up! My grandpa was there, and he said it was an excellent idea, because he cannot see that well, so it is much easier to pick up a stick with fruit on it than to fish around a plate with a fork. : I did not put the chocolate on them, because if you make 50 (as I did it can be quite time consuming. Everyone really liked the way they looked, and more importantly, the way they tasted!

First, I think it is unfair to rate the recipe based on how the website lists the nutrional information.. if it does not contain all the information you want, that is NO reason to give the RECIPE a bad rating.
Anyway, these skewers look so pretty on a white tray and they go FAST! Delicious and just the right amount of chocolate to feel like you really had a treat!

I made about 30 of these for the 4th of July. They were perfect. Convenient for eating, and beautiful- my platter was empty way before the other desserts! Great for Kids.

I did this at a BBQ and everyone ate them up. I added cantalope to the mix and instead of chocolate sauce I used Nutella. I melted it slightly with cream and let everyone pour it all over the fruit. It was a little messy but everyone had fun eating it. It was nice and refreshing on a hot day.
