This is a great idea for taking lunch with you. It's much more interesting that just putting all of the veggies in a baggie. I suggest trying different flavors of hummus or make your own at home.

Ok so the recipe says "skewer the vegetables onto a wooden skewer and wrap with aluminum foil." So what is the aluminum foil for? I found the recipe rather incomplete.
