Delicious pilaf rice! It's easy and healthy. I added some shredded chicken I had leftover from a roast and it became a full meal! I will definitely make it again.

We enjoyed this. Added dollop of sour cream & ate with tortilla chips. Great lunch!

My hubby and I loved this! We didn't have celery but we had everything else and it turned out amazing anyways! I did add some ground cayenne red pepper for some more spice though.

We love this! I make sure to not cook the carrots to long since my husband likes when they add to the texture. I'll be making it again soon.

loved this recipe, but added a few personal touches. I added college inn thai coconut curry broth( to cook the rice, chopped red pepper, 1/2 cup diced tomatoes a couple of chopped chipotles and 1 tsp of tumeric to the veggies. Yummy

This was excellent!!! Because the recepie does not call for a lot of oil, i made sure to saute the veggies on moderate heat so they didn't dry out. I also lightly salted the onions so they would sweat and create a bit more liquid. The flavors were delicious!!!

I love this recipe it is easy and fast to make. You can cut the time by using precooked organic brown rich. Both my kids love it.

My husband and I loved this and it tastes SO healthy! The only change we made was that we added some chili peppers to make it spicier. It's great heated up the next day as well.
