Sounds odd, but this recipe is AMAZING. This is one of the very few ways I can stand to eat salmon. Make it as-is! :

My husband loved this. I'm not a huge grapefruit fan, so I found the grapefruit taste a bit much...

SO DELISHOUS. It tastes like summer on a plate. I paired this with lemon/thyme/rosmary roasted baby potatoes and grilled zucchini with shallots.
a delishous seed bun/buisquit with garlic finishes the meal off nicely.

Make this dish as stated and you will NOT be disappointed

Excellent and easy. Warning, use a "pinch" of cayenne pepper. I used a little too much, but it was still excellent.

This was my first Ellie Krieger recipe I tried after getting her Food You Crave cookbook at the Food & Nutrition Conference & Expo in 2009. I absolutely love it! I made this one on New Years Eve and got many of my family members to enjoy Salmon for the first time! I love Ellie Krieger, RD!!!

My husband LOVED it and so did I. He said he could eat this every day. I accidentally added too much cayenne pepper so I drizzled in some extra honey. I served it with zucchini, yellow squash and a side of couscous. 5 stars.

I thought this was good but average at best. It was a little on the sweet side for my taste. I would reduce the amount of honey.

So good! I loved it so much that I passed it on to my mom, but surprisingly she wasn't a huge fan. She said the sauce was bitter, which I didn't experience at all. She gave it one more go, and said it was delicious! I think the quality of the grapefruit makes all the difference, so make sure to give it a taste and check the sweetness first!

This dish was awesome! I didn't have grapefruit, so I used navel oranges and left out the honey. I served it with broccoli with toasted garlic. The plate looked like a $25 restaurant meal. I know I'll be making this one again and again. Thank you, Ellie.
