I love this recipe. My husband loves salmon and this was a different way to give him something familiar but different. As usual Ellie did a great job with this recipe. Thanks!

We really enjoyed this salmon dish. The roasted red peppers give it lots of flavor and serving it over greens (I used baby spinach leaves eliminated the need for a side salad. The sauce is so versatile and could be served over a number of different things. This recipe is a keeper!

This was gross. I love sauce and thought this would be so great with salmon but it didn't work. I wouldn't even eat this sauce on pasta. I don't think tomato and salmon go together. I would definitely use spinach instead of swiss chard. Yuck!!

I have made this recipe with both salmon and chicken breast. Each was equally good. A good fast recipe for a busy week day night!

I've always loved salmon and cumin is one of my favorite spices, but I never thought of them together. It was phenomenal! I didn't have any chard, but used fresh baby spinach instead, and it worked beautifully. Think I'll be making this tonight for my dinner! :-

I'm lazy in the kitchen and can't always find the fresh herbs & spices I need, so used Gourmet Garden's (gourmetgarden.com squeeze tube garlic and cilantro. No fuss, no mess or waste. This was wonderful

I too thought the combination of salmon and tomato would be odd but this dish was delicious. I didn't have any chillis but used dried red pepper flakes instead and it turned out great. My husband now wants salmon like this all the time!

I used crushed red pepper flakes since I didn't have whole chilis. I personally was a bit put off by the combination of fish and tomato sauce, but my boyfriend loved it. I would definitely make the sauce again for another recipe.

I made this recipe this evening after having caught just a moment of it on Ellie's Healthy Appetite program. Was it ever good. Yum! So easy, so delicious and so healthy too. I couldn't ask for more particularly when both my husband and I are trying to get back on track with healthy eating. It is often hard because some recipes you find sound good but taste awful. Not Ellie's! Every single recipe that I have tried of hers has turned out wonderful and tasted fantastic. I'm so glad that Food Network is now airing her program on additional days. Her program not only shows you how to prepare a delicious meal but understand why it is good for you too. We have enough leftover so that tomorrow's dinner is already done. That's another positive as far as I'm concerned. Thanks Ellie!!

I love the flavors of this dish! i used the oven the first time but decided to use the stovetop the second time around. it cut my cook time in half! i wilted the chard with the tomatoes and grilled the salmon. i also added more crushed tomatoes... cant get enough of the sauce! Great recipe!
