    I'm not a big fan of fish, but I loved tis recipe!!!! My family thought that it would also be great as a base for fish tacos... maybe even chicken

    I've never cooked with Swiss chard. I was pleasantly surprised with the meld of flavors! I used red pepper flakes instead of whole peppers. It was wonderful and easy to assemble!

    This dish was quick and easy. I even have enough sauce left over to freeze for another quick dish. I didn't use the Swiss chard and it was still very good. Lots of flavor. This will be a new staple at our house.

    I made this for my daughter, stepmom, and husband and told them they were going to be my guinea pigs...WELL after devouring this dish they said I could use them anytime to try new dishes! It was delicious and sooo easy! I followed the directions to the tee which is sometimes hard for me as I love to cook and I will add my own ideas to a recipe but this one does not need any changes. Trust me!! Thank you Ellie!!

    This recipe came out just as Ellie showed during her show. My family has been eating more healthy because of what I have learned from Healthy Eating. This recipe was easy and oh so TASTY!

    This dish was easy to make and tasty. I followed the recipe exactly except I forgot the read chiles so I used red pepper flakes. It was wonderful and satisfying. I will be adding this to my monthly rotation.
