Was so gross the peaches were all mushy and it needed a ton of salt. Will not make again

This is a great change up from just another chicken recipe! I used the frozen peaches and let the sauce simmer quite awhile before adding the chicken back in. I then cooked the chicken in the thickened sauce for a good 20 minutes. Very very good!!! Way to go Ellie :

Loved it! Super easy and my whole family enjoyed it, even my 2 year old : I served it on top of jasmine rice and topped it with sliced green onions and Siracha hot sauce to give it a kick.

Love it! Definately a favorite! Served it with some brown rice and broccoli, and was a perfect meal! (since I didn't have rice vinegar I used white wine vinegar, and I used dried ginger instead of fresh but came out so yummy

My self and my family thought this recipe was delicious!! Because we did not have rice wine vinegar, I used balsamic vinegar instead, and I feel that it just added another dimension of flavor to the chicken. I like to cook by tasting and I thought the soy sauce flavor was a little strong too, so I added more balsamic vinegar and more brown sugar and it came out great!! Will definitely make this again!!

When my husband and I made this, we added a touch of cayenne pepper and a pinch of freshly grated nutmeg - delish!

I say Ellie make this on the cooking channel and I had to try it. I used regular soy sauce and fresh peaches. I think that the soy sauce overpowered all the ingredients. So it definitely was not sweet at all. I tried to neutralize the soy sauce by adding some lemon juice and brighten up the flavors. It was an okay recipe. I wouldn't make it again though. Probably this recipe is made for frozen peaches because thats what Ellie used in her show.
