I made this last night to go with Ellie's Chicken Satay and it was great. It's quick and easy and healthy.

I plan on making it again.

Ellie you have done it again. I bought 2 pounds of baby bok choy at my Oriental Grocer and was wondering how can I make this a little different than usual. I came across your recipe ( I also have your cook book. This was made in a flash and will be my favorite way to make bok choy. A real keeper. I wish you were on in the evenings.

Excellent taste. Throw in some red cabbage (handily left over from the Spicy Beef Tacos and you have a real winner.

Tonight was the first time we have ever cooked baby bok choy. I was amazed at how easy it was to cook and how great it taste! It almost had a sweet taste. It's amazing what happens when you try something!! Goes great with the chicken sate. A must try.

I didn't have quite the same experience as the other reviewers with the Chinese Greens. I think that the rice vinegar was just a bit overpowering. It just gave it too much of a bitter sour taste. I liked the flavor of the sesame oil and soy sauce...just not diggin' the rice vinegar.

I made this recently for my husband and 3 kids. Very tasty, easy to prepare and healthy! A nice change from broccoli.

I had never had bok choy so I was skeptical but the dish was delicious! A nice change of side dish at our dinner table and one that will be repeated.

I made this dish last night with 2 changes: I sprinkled 1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes into my oil while heating. Then when the recipe said to add the vinegar, soy and sesame oil, I threw in about 8 oz. of baby bella mushrooms as well. I had never eaten bok choy before, but my husband and I LOVED this and it will become a part of our "menu" more often!
