Finely chop the filling of a McDonald's Big Mac, including the burger and toppings; reserve the outer buns and discard the center bun. Dice 1/2 onion, 1 celery stalk, 1/4 bell pepper and 1/2 jalapeno and mince 2 garlic cloves. Saute in a skillet with 1 tablespoon olive oil until soft, 5 minutes. Add the chopped Big Mac filling, 3/4 cup red beans, 1/2 cup no-salt tomato sauce, 2 teaspoons tomato paste, 2 packets ketchup and 1/2 packet hot mustard sauce and simmer 3 minutes. Spoon onto 4 hamburger buns, using the reserved bun and 3 more.
