I have raised four children. They are now grown. I wish I had this recipe earlier. My husband and I were delighted with your combination of ingredients. Over the years I have tried to to it on my own. This was the BEST!!!! Thank you...We left some of the heat out but was perfect. Will never go back to package sloppy joes ever.

This was an easy, flavorful and well received dish by adults and kids (6 and under. I was so pleased with the taste and all the healthy ingredients. You know you've served a great dish, when your family and company request seconds!

This sloppy joe recipe is really great, with lots of flavor. We will definitely make it again. We served it with the cucumber salad. Thanks again!

but much healthier and filling. Even though it has more steps than just opening a can, it's a real snap to make!

I made this tonight for the first time and thought it was great! My bf said he would've liked the onions cooked a bit more, so next time I'll probably sautee them down a bit in some Pam before adding the beef.
    Definitely recommended!

This was fantastic. I subbed a green pepper for the red one and left out the jalapeno and molasses (mainly because I didn't have them on hand. The end result was delicious! This recipe is so much fresher tasting than the canned sloppy joe sauce. I will be making it again!

This version of Sloppy Joes is a great alternative to the canned Sloppy Joe mix. If you don't want it to seem too healthy, you can use white bread buns instead of whole wheat buns. This recipe has good flavor and I will definately make it again. I paired my Sloppy Joe with a nice side salad (and a small portion of chips!

I followed the recipe omitting the jalapeno pepper b/c I didn't have one. I used kidney beans b/c they were in the pantry and my family loved it. Personally, I feel that the red pepper is a must for texture and the sauce was pleasing, not too sweet or too tangy. Even my picky husband said I should make this again!

We loved the recipe for sloppy joes! I wasn't sure I'd like red beans in my sandwich but I was pleasantly surprised. The best part was that my husband had it ready when I got home from work! We will definitely make this recipe again and again.
