Great recipe! I added some cajun seasoning like some of the other reviews suggested. I also just added a little more of some of the other seasonings in the recipe. Very easy to do and my family loved it.

These sloppy Joe's are full of flavor! The recipe is easy to assemble and easy to double if you are feeding a large crowd.

Very yummy and easy to make. However, it can be a bit on the bland side so I agree with the suggestion about adding cajun, cumin, etc to season it up. I added chili powder and my husband put hot sauce on his helping.

This was pretty good, but a little bland. I recommend adding some cajun seasoning to the beef and onions and then adding 1 tsp of ground cumin, 1 tsp of cajun seasoning and 1 tsp of garlic powder at the end with all the other ingredients.

Needed more tangy flavor. I like the beans and red peppers in the recipe but we won't be making this one again.

I was really impressed with the flavors in this recipe! I honestly didn't expect this to be nearly as good as it was. WOW was I wrong. I didn't use any of the spicy pepper and only half a can of beans. My husband's response was, "Wow, this is really good." Thanks Ellie! We will also be trying one of your Sweet and Sour Chicken recipes this week. What a healthy and delicious way to start the new year!

This recipe was a HUGE hit in my home! Usually I make the instant sloppy joes but this was just as easy and tasted SO much better! I will use less pepper next time as it was a little spicy for my three year old but other than that I have to make this more!

These sloppy joes are unbelievable!! For starters I had only ever had sloppy joes from a packet and had no idea that they had so much growing potential! Not that i don't enjoy the packets ; but I love that this is real, healthy food that is so good! All of the flavors are amazing and I wouldn't mind eating this every night!! It is seriously great! Plus it is so hard to get boyfriends to eat healthy food and my boyfriend is obsessed with these!

Excellent recipe for sloppy joes, and have tried a lot of them...did leave out the jalapeno, we do not care for them and used brown sugar, had no molasses in the house, all the flavors go so well together, this is a keeper........
