For a healthy alternative to other type of chips, these are great.
The leafy vegetable actually is very crisp and light in texture.
Thanks Ellie, I will make these again!

These were awesome! You do need to watch the salt. I used some cookie cooling racks to cook them. Stacked them 3 layers high in the oven at 300 for about 10 to 13 minutes. I also sprayed them with canola oil cooking spray and it was much easier this way. Super delicious and easy. Now I need to buy more kale. Thanks!

this is a great idea! great alternative for snacking. I did think it was a little salty so I'll use less salt next time and try some of the variations other wrote about. Def. going to make again! Also couldn't find smoky paprika, used regular paprika and sea salt.

This recipe is great!! I did not have any smoky paprika so I used Chipolte chili powder and salt. I like spicy so this adds a little kick and flavor. I baked at 275 for 15 minutes then let sit in the oven for 10 minutes with the oven off. Perfecto - (do be careful of the salt, I am a saltaholic and they were a little salty for me.

I love fried spinach and this is so much healthier obviously since it is baked! Tastes the same. I used supergreens because I did not have kale on hand but would like to try it with kale. I also used the same ratio but half cayenne pepper and half paprika. The advice on baking for 6 minutes and leaving in the oven with it turned off for 10 more minutes was great! Also,,yes do watch it with the salt (the reason I gave it 4 stars. Use half of the amount or less. Will definitely make this again. Delicious and nutritious!

This has to be one of the worst things I have ever eaten. I cannot imagine how anyone could eat these and say they are good. I made some with the smoked paprika, and a second batch with garlic powder, onion powder and salt. I cut down on the salt as others mentioned how salty they were, mine were still too salty, but aside from that they were just disgusting. So disappointing!

These are amazing! Just like other reviews, don't expect them to taste like potato chips. Be careful not to burn. I found that if I cooked them just until dry, and turn off the oven and leave them in there for about 15 min. they finish crisping without getting brown. I am gonna try these tonight on my smoker.
