These were really good. I am a person that doesn't like greens. So I am looking for ways to work it into my diet. These were great. Crispy just like a chip. I did use garlic powder instead of paprika. The only thing I would change is I was scared of the taste so I was a little too heavy handed with the salt.

This is the first time I ever review a recipe and I'm doing it because these kale chips were incredible!!! My 4 and 2 year olds absolutely loved them. My 4 year old is a super selective eater and she kept going back to the baking sheet and taking them by the handful. This is most definitely a keeper. Start with an eight teaspoon of salt and go from there. Also, really incorporate the olive oil and salt. I suggest even doing it in a separate bowl so that you really work the kale. I didn't have paprika so I used garlic powder and they were great.

I have to admit I wasn't quite sure how I would like this.. Well, quite the surprise my husband and I ate the whole thing! Great recipe. I did not stick to the amount of smoked paprika as we like it. I would say to taste.

Absolutely fabulous! Such a great and easy way to eat kale, even my husband likes. And it's healthy to boot!

I received some kale in a Bountiful Basket and didn't know what to do with it. I found this recipe and admit that I was skeptical. I mean, how good could it be, right? I tried it with one leaf, tearing it into pieces, thinking that if I hated it, I still had some left for a soup I was planning. I didn't have smoked paprika, but I had some Cajun seasoning that I used instead. It was delicious! I baked the chips on my pizza stone, so they cooked in 6 minutes. My husband, who really doesn't appreciate veggies like I do absolutely loved it. He even suggested I make some tonight for a casual dinner we're hosting with friends. Definitely a big thumbs up!

So yummy and easy. I make mine in half batches throughout the week as they don't seem to keep well overnight. Also, make sure you spread them out in a single layer, little or no overlaps, some of mine came out crispy while others were still soft.

These were really good. I just used a very light sprinkle of salt and some regular paprika and lightly coated the leaves in olive oil. I did not want to over power the taste of the kale. This recipe is so basic that you could play with the spices. I could sit and snack on these crunchy baked greens.

For a healthy alternative to other type of chips, these are great.
The leafy vegetable actually is very crisp and light in texture.
Thanks Ellie, I will make these again!

These were awesome! You do need to watch the salt. I used some cookie cooling racks to cook them. Stacked them 3 layers high in the oven at 300 for about 10 to 13 minutes. I also sprayed them with canola oil cooking spray and it was much easier this way. Super delicious and easy. Now I need to buy more kale. Thanks!
