    Very tasty and relatively easy to prepare. I know that the original recipe's dressing was designed to be low cal, but I think it lacked the proper balance between oil and vinegar. Don't want to overwhelm the salad flavor with too much nut oil, but adding some additional neutral oil like canola or grapeseed makes for a less tart dressing.
