    My husband and I quite enjoyed this salad. It had lots of flavor and was a refreshing side dish to Ellie's teriyaki chicken. Not sure why the other reviewer had such a bed time. Make sure to rinse the noodles after cooking. And I let it set in the fridge for a bit while the chicken marinated and cooked. Definitely will make again.

    This recipe was just ok, very lite dressing infused with mint and basil. I probably wouldn't make it again.
