This was an amazing dish, and I didn't change a thing! The flavors were great! Between the hot sauce (I used Frank's, the spices, and the cilantro it was perfect! Thanks Ellie!

Really good for breakfast and makes a very nice light supper as well. The hot sauce truly makes the dish. I'm going to try substituting sweet potatoes or butternut squash for the new potatoes, too.

This hash was very good! My husband loves hash and found this quite satisfying. I modified the recipe slightly... I couldn't find ancho chili powder at this store; I substituted the same amount of chipotle chili powder in its place. The result was a VERY spicy hash, which my husband loved. However, I think I would have been happier with maybe a 1/2 teaspoon of chili powder rather than an entire teaspoon. Especially since I put hot sauce on my egg as well.

I made this for breakfast and it is delicious! I didn't have black beans handy, but it was fantastic without 'em. The chili powder makes an amazing difference! yum.
