First experience cooking lamb. Worked out great. Quick and easy.

This is such a wonderful dish! Lots of spice, and just the right amount to have you wanting more.

The combination of spices is delicious. I wasn't sure I even liked lamb before I tried this recipe, but I will definitely make these kabobs again.

I prepared these on a charcoal grill. I thought they might be too spicy, but they're perfectly seasoned as written. I served mine with a dollop of mint jelly on the side for dipping.

I used this rub on regular lamb loin chops and just cooked them on a regular skillet. Very quick, tasty, easy dinner.
