The salad was delicious and very easy to prepare. Make sure you drain the spinach very well or your salad will be a bit watery. Highly recommended.

This tasted great! Now I know I can have my spinach salad WITH the warm bacon dressing and still eat healthy! I made one small change, I used turkey bacon for even less fat.

It tasted a lot like spinach salad with warm bacon dressing, but was a lot better for you. Everyone I served it to loved it.

This salad was delicious and my family loved it. We had leftover salad but it was too yummy to toss out so the next day I used it as a topping for crostini. Fabulous!

This recipe was great. It was really easy to make, and it allowed me to fix up a few other side dishes while it was preparing. I really liked the combination of the apple cider vinegar dressing with the sweetness of the carmelized red onions. Probably one of the best salads I've ever made!

Very good. I had turkey bacon on hand, so rather than using regular bacon and canadian bacon, I used about 6 slices of the turkey bacon. It turned out really good!

I enjoyed this salad, and my husband liked it as well. We felt the sweetness of the dressing complemented nicely with the saltiness of the bacon. I do want to make a comment about the mushrooms though. I couldn't recall how much she used on the show and thought a pound sounded like a lot, so I only used 1/2 pound, which I felt was plenty for this salad. I'll make it again.

This salad was good but the dressing was the best part. I didn't much like the cooked onions and mushrooms on a raw salad but my family enjoyed it.We used it as a side salad and it was a bit much. Think it would be better as a main dish.
