This was pretty good, I added some chipotle pepper sauce for a little heat.

Surprisingly bland, for all that's in it. I wouldn't go to the trouble of making this again.

I?ve made this twice and loved it! The second time I cut the yogurt in half and added lemon zest. It was delicious!

We steam artichokes all the time and serve it with melted butter with garlic, but when i saw this on Saturday morning I thought maybe my husband might try it. I could not believe I had all the ingredients and it was a very nice suprise we could not stop raving about it as we finished off our artichoke. This will become a regular in our household. I did add some red pepper flake for a little kick.

Love the recipe, really was easy and tasted wonderful.. Next time make sure you peel the stems of the artichokes they taste as good as the choke... They are a great treat for the cook and they are perfect for tasting the dip..

Very nice and tasty dip, will go with lots of different vegetables, great alternative for the chips and dips and much more healthy, I give it a 5 star as well, thanks Ellie.

I was out of mayo, but had artichokes, so went searching for an alternative artichoke dip and found this one. I had to substitute the yogurt for ff cottage cheese and it worked out perfectly. Probably a little thicker than the recipe would have turned out w/ yogurt, but such a nice and different flavor to my typical and expected mayo dips. This dip would go great with other stuff too.

I made this dip for a girls' night pitch in. After scouring the city, I couldn't find good artichokes so I served the dip with cut veg instead; broccoli florets, cucumber wedges, baby carrots (real ones, not the lathed ones, and celery sticks. Excellent combination.

I doubled the recipe and found the dip to be a bit thin and not quite nutty enough. I added a few tablespoons of almond butter at the end and all was well. If one wasn't overly concerned about the fat content, 1/4 of a cup of homemade mayo would be a fabulous emulsifier for this dip.
