I love this dish. I just made it for lunch and love it so much I have eaten what amounts to a half head of cabbage! Only ingredient I didn't have was the ginger, and I added some crushed red pepper flakes. It's excellent!

Super easy and super delicious! I had some leftover bagged coleslaw and it worked perfect! It was great paired with our homemade Chinese takeout dinner! A definite do over!

Had to use rice wine since I ran out of rice vinegar but was still amazing. Simple and delicious!

I was going to make fried cabbage but wanted to do something different. I found this recipe and I was pleasantly surprised. So tasty and healthy. I added some cayenne pepper flakes and it was wonderful. I also used regular green cabbage as I didn't have nappa. I'll try nappa next time. I will definitely make this again.

Great versatile recipe. I serve this with corn beef or with stir-fry, sometimes just as a side to whatever I make. Easy and delicious, easy to add to as well.

I stir fried some chicken separately, threw it in with some memmi (jap. soup base and some red bell pepper; yum! Great, simple and nutritious lunch in just a few minutes time.

I have to say, I was a little bit disappointed. This recipe has a nice crunch to it, but is lacking a little something flavorwise. I did use light soy and light rice vinegar, so I'm not sure if that's the difference, but I think next time I might use some cayenne or something to give it that extra kick. Not bad, though.

I made this for dinner tonight and paired it with the parmesan chicken leftover. It was just awesome. The sesame oil just made it very tasty.

I could only eat a few bites. I love vegetables. But this was not good.

I am trying to diet but it is so hard because I am always hungry. So since the calories in cabbage cancel out in digestion its perfect to fill me up! I made this without the oil though so it was even healthier, just a drop before the onions so they didnt stick or burn but thats all! I did add a lot more ginger and garlic to make it tastier and cayenne pepper to make it a little spicy! Also a great flavor to add is Liquid Aminos, kind of like soy sauce but tastier and super healthy! Amazing recipe!
