Awesome!!! Moist, flavorful and healthy!! What more can ya ask for....oh the Oven "fried" onion rings to go along with it!!! Yummy!!! I'm on Weight Watchers and this was low in points, but tasted like I was cheating!! Oh and my kids liked it too!!

DH and I enjoyed this and I will make again. But next time I will chop peppers and mix throughout the meat. Then I'll top it off with sliced cheese. The "stuffed" idea was neat but I would rather have that taste running throughout the burger.

When it comes to burgers I tend to stick with the "self-prroclaimed" burger queen, Rachael Ray. These burgers sounded so good, though, that I thought "why not?" oh my goodness, they were FANTASTIC! The roasted red pepper really brought out the flavor (we didn't cut them up, though. we just kind of laid each pepper on top of the cheese. This is definitely a keeper if you want a quick and satisfying (and healthy! meal.

I have just started cooking, and I love recipes like this that are easy to be proud of. I couldn't find the roasted peppers at the store, so I roasted one at home. It was a lot easier than I'd thought and just delicious in the burgers. I ran out of hamburger buns so had the leftovers on toasted bagels, which I think was even better. The burgers were very moist, and I put some banana peppers on top, which really added some zing. I will be making these A LOT.

My husband and I just started a new diet and this was the first receipe that I tried. It was quick and easy. We didn't even miss the buns! Try it with a little salsa and a salad.

I thought this was fabulous. I made a bunch of them and had some the following day as left overs and they were just as good. It was extremely filling and made it so I only needed to eat one... I never eat just one home-made burger :. For the inside to personalize it I added mushrooms and zuchinni. Very juicy! Go Ellie!

It has inspired me to try some new variations, because my husband ATE and ENJOYED a turkey burger. Needed salt and pepper on both sides rather than just one. But otherwise awesome tasting and so easy to make!

These were the best turkey burgers I have ever made! I cooked them on the outside grill, served them with tomato, onion and spinach leaves. I WILL be making these again and again.
