As I was making this recipe, everything looked and smelled delicious. However, I wasn't able to eat much of it because it was so bland! I tried adding a few other spices to it, but nothing could save this dish

Made a basil drizzle instead of the parsley; adds a much brighter and less grassy flavor.

I thought that this was a great recipe. I did add more lemon to the drizzle and a little more cider vinegar to the succatash. Also, I used half shrimp and half scallops to save some cash. Overall, though, I thought that this was both tasty and east.

I am really amazed to see this recipe with such high ratings! The "parsley drizzle" was terrible...I did indeed taste bitter and "grassy" Not much flavor in the vegtables unless you added tons of salt and pepper. The scallops were tasty though. Probably not a recipe I would make again. Sorry...

Loved the succotash--I used a little extra garlic and it went over great. My boyfriend says he doesn't care for lima beans, but in the context of all the ingredients he loved it.

The parsley drizzle isn't good enough to justify cleaning the blender afterward.

This is a recipe I have made twice. I agree with other comments, the key to the flavor is in the cider vinegar, and the addition of the Parsley Drizzle.

I had to doctor the parsley drizzle a taste & texture - a bit more olive oil, and a touch of salt.. a bit more lemon juice, a bit more water. But, it is all done in the food processor and very quick.

I made with Scallops once. Good scallops are expensive and not always in stock here, so the 2nd time, I sauteed cut up, thick cut bacon and put that on top instead. I still did the drizzle. My husband loves anything with bacon so that was a given, but I liked it this way too!

I like to make things that are healthy, but my family is a bit picky. This recipe was extremely easy, and delicious. I did add a little garlic powder to the scallops, and I didn't make the parsley dizzle. Instead, I just added a handful of chopped parsley and a squeeze of lemon juice to the veggies. But the family loved it and said I can make it again!

Our household is, unfortunately, not veggie fanatics BUT this recipe was soooo good!! We will definitely be making this frequently just for the succotash. I substituted shrimp instead of scallops due to price ($17 per pound!. Also, I did make the parsley drizzle which came out a bit chunky. I drizzled it over my husbands dish, but then just decided to toss it all together with the shrimp. I'm thrilled to have found this recipe.
