    Any healthy recipe that my husband loves get's 5 stars. Made Ellie's Smashed Potatos and it was a big hit. I made the recipe exactly written and there was plenty of sauce.

    This recipe is wonderful and easy. It made my house smell so good...I could hear my husband's stomach growling!!! I put some (unhealthy, but yummy mashed potatoes on the side with a green salad and it was a perfect dinner. This is good enough to entertain with.

    Ellie...you hit another home run with this!

    This is a perfect slow cook meal, the meat turns out really tender and the sauce is super flavorful with the unexpected surprise of the added raisins. I turned the leftovers in to beef stew (with carrots and zucchiniand the broth was amazing!

    This recipe is so easy to make and the flavor is outstanding! The vinegar smell was the first thing my husband noticed when he walked in the door. Then he tasted the sauce from the brisket and was amazed at how wonderful it was. So good, tender, juicy, and easy to make. This will become a brisket tradition in our family!

    This recipe was easy to follow and was delicious! The house smelled so wonderful when it was cooking. Pair with Ellie's potatoes and a salad or other green veggie for a great meal.

    I've made many different brisket recipes and this is certainly one of the best ever. I did not change a thing but agree that more sauce would have been a nice alteration. And to think it's from a healthy cooking show...Wow!
